Please note that inventory changes constantly and item may not be the exact item shown.  "NEW" games are brand new and sealed, but are on our shelves in our retail store so they may occasionally get small tears or wear. "Boxed" or "Used" games always get case and manual in reasonable condition with the manual being included when possible. All games marked "Boxed" are always USED unless noted but are tested and working. If there is the option for "Disc", that would be just the disc but no case/manual etc.
