"Boxed" or "Used" games always get case and manual in reasonable condition with the manual being included when possible. Note that most newer games never came with a manual. All games marked "Boxed" are always USED unless noted but are tested and working. If there is the option for "Cart Only", that would be just the game cartridge but no case/manual etc.
