Please note that we are a high volume store and inventory changes frequently, so the item pictured is for example only and may not be the exact one sent. It is good to assume that all manuals are in good to very good or better condition with minimal dings and dents unless something else is noted as an option, but we would not expect them to be in perfect condition as all manuals are out on our retail store shelves and may get squished/dinged/dented a bit. We do give them a quick check for writing/tears/etc. Staples may or may not have browning because of their age. They are generally stored in small plastic resealable bags. Please assume any extra papers, maps etc are NOT included but feel free to message and confirm with us as if they are available we will include them. If you would like to see the exact condition of the item you will be receiving please feel free to message us and we will send pictures within 1-2 business days. We generally ship these items in between pieces of cardboard and in a bubble mailer.
